Richard Thomson is a Human Resources Consultant with HR on Call. His human resources experience is extensive with over 25 years of corporate work and independent consulting in the design and administration programs. Since 2001 he has provided human resources consulting services to both public and private companies. Richard has also provided guidance and advice on statutory compliance issues, employee recruiting and retention, performance management, training/professional development, employee relations, benefits consultation, and human resource information systems.
